Processing Time and Shipping

  • We currently ship to the United States
  • Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping, the following timeframes are not guaranteed:
    • Ground economy shipping or free shipping: 5-9 business days
    • Regular ground shipping:  4- 5 business days
    • 2-day express: 2-3 business days (depending upon if you live in a rural area)
    • Overnight: Next business day
    • *Please note that shipping days do not include holidays or weekends
  • Please note that we are a small business and will do everything possible to process orders in a timely manner. 

Shipping Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, and within 7 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Address

  • If a parcel is returned to Wild Ginger Herbal Apothecary due to the address being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for contacting us at support@wildgingerherbalapothecary.com to have it redelivered. Customer is responsible to provide a valid shipping address and responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. If customer enters incorrect shipping address, you will need to contact support@wildgingerherbalapothecary.com immediately, and before product ships, to ensure proper delivery of parcel.  
  • Customers are responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure to double-check all addresses (especially for express checkout) to ensure that all mailing and billing addresses are correct.
  • If you notice a problem with your address and you haven’t received a shipping notification or tracking information, email us at support@wildgingerherbalapothecary.com so we can do our best to make changes to your order.
