Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
- Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, and within 7 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Address
- If a parcel is returned to Wild Ginger Herbal Apothecary due to the address being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for contacting us at support@wildgingerherbalapothecary.com to have it redelivered. Customer is responsible to provide a valid shipping address and responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. If customer enters incorrect shipping address, you will need to contact support@wildgingerherbalapothecary.com immediately, and before product ships, to ensure proper delivery of parcel.
