Dosage and Usage for Both Tinctures:

• Take 3-5mL by mouth 2-3 times per day for 2 weeks or until gone (start small and work up over a few days) – Take directly under the tongue or dilute the tincture in a small amount of water and let sit under the tongue for a few minutes before swallowing. Consume the tincture before meals, and on an empty stomach, for optimal effectiveness.

This is YOUR detox. You can be as aggressive or chill as you prefer. If you have a better chance of doing the detox while still having your fancy morning coffees, go for it! I will include ‘best practices’, but doing the cleanse - even if you do not change anything else - is still better than not doing it at all.

Remember - progress is better than perfection!

The only requirement is that you make sure you are pooping each day and drinking your water. The rest of your cleanse can be tailored to your lifestyle. You can choose to do a full food makeover, removing all processed foods and sugars, add in intermittent fasting, and/or you can choose to just cut back on some of the caffeine and sugar. The choice is yours!
